To make an online purchase
For each item you wish to purchase, simply add the item to your shopping cart whilst you are viewing it, specifying how many of the item you would like. At any stage in the shopping process, you can go to your cart and review what you have gathered, change item quantities, decide to remove something from your cart, as you wish. Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items purchased and will be shown next to the total price of the goods in your cart. When you are ready, select the checkout option, select your prefered shipment and payment methods and provide your payment details. Our payment providers Sumup and Paypal accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Visa Debit for on-line purchases if you do not receive an order number this means the transaction has not been made and the order can not be fulfilled, please contact us if this arises and we will contact our payment provider(s) and rase a case. Please note we do not add a transaction fee for your use of any of these payment methods.
Free Lavender Gift
In all orders we provide a free lavender product gift . Miss lavenders are aware people may have an allergic reaction to a lavender based product, by ticking the Terms and conditions box in the checkout you are accepting this free gift. If you do not want this free gift please email us or add a note in the basket section which is below the Promo code section. All Promo codes/discount codes do not include postage in the order value. The discount is before postage.
Credit and Debit Card Security
All card details are handled securely and in full compliance with the payment card industry’s data security standard by our Payment providers Sumup and Paypal. All card security details are protected carefully whilst within our payment providers control, no card security details are ever allowed out of our control, no card security details are retained beyond the time needed to effect your payment, and any card security details that might have been written down as we process your payment will be shredded promptly. We provide each customer with the customer copy of the payment receipt and retain the merchant copy, as we are required to do by the payment card industry, in case there are any questions relating to the payment transaction. The merchant copy does not include any details that would compromise the security of your credit or debit card.
We aim to dispatch all goods purchased either the same or next business day. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your goods to arrive once dispatched according to the delivery method you have selected. If you do not receive your goods within the expected period, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your goods. Whilst we use only reliable shippers to convey goods to customers, occasionally goods can get delayed or misplaced by the shipper. If any goods are lost by the shipper we can replace your products for you only if Signed For was selected at checkout. If you do not pay for Signed for Delivery with your purchase, we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post because we cannot ourselves receive compensation. Due to Parcels going missing at Business and Retail Premises we longer accept responsibility for Signed For 1st or 2nd class delivery when the address is a Business/Retail address.

Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the date of purchase provided all returned items are in “As new” condition. For fabrics, this means the fabric must not have been cut or washed. For threads, the spool must still be in its cellophane wrap. For Yarn, it must be still in original condition such as ball with ball band and weighing either 50g,100g, 200g or 400g as per the weight of the ball on the packaging . For all other items they must be in the original packaging and not damaged ,or used in any way. We offer you the choice of either a refund or credit against your next purchase if that purchase is immediate.

We collect our customers’ names, addresses, e-mail addresses and contact telephone numbers. These we use to enable us to communicate with customers regarding orders, to deliver goods they have purchased, and to resolve any queries we may have with orders. We also communicate special offers via e-mail, but customers can opt out of e-mail marketing at any time, by request. We do not use our customers’ personal information for any other purpose and we do not share our customers’ information with any third party.
